Hahaha... Did not expect this to happen.

While everything is good I printed a cone-like object and it did not want to come off the print bed for some reason, i tried the supplied spatula, my own spatula, and more (below). does anyone have other suggestions that I can try to remove the print (except below ones that I tried).

Disconnecting the heat bed and left it there
Heating the print bed to 90*C
    Using water
    Using supplied spatula
Cooling the bed in the freezer
    Thinking the earth is flat

The filament I used is still PETG from amazon.

Put the bed in the freezer (assuming it is still removable)

Print will pop off as it cools.

You really do not need that much adhesion for most filaments, you might want to redo the Z offset and fine tuning wizards :) PETG is really sticky stuff in the first place.

But when I start to use PETG most of the failures are because the filament get stuck to the nozzle when I start it or several hours into the print, but most of the time it start to fail in the first layer so I raised the bed temperature by 2*C and did the Z-Offset a bit closer than normal

There can be a fine line between too loose and too stuck (more so with PETG). I usually stick to fiddling with one parameter at a time.

If the cooling did not work then you sir, are well and truly welded on there :)
My only suggestion would be to heat the bed hot ... hotter perhaps than you normally print at ... and see if you can nudge it loose. Let it sit there hot for a bit 5-10 minutes at least and see if that helps loosen it

On the glass bed the freezer approach has always worked when we had models that got too aggressive.

    Can I sand it away?

? Not sure what that approach would look like. If you can describe it I can offer a comment :)
A heated spatula might help too.

The sanding worked but it takes a lot of effort and time, I also melted some using the extruder so it’s fast

Sanding uses a sandpaper (a rough paper that have sand-like things on it so you can smooth/remove material)

While sandpaper have the ablitliy to remove something it also makes something a lot smoother, so the part feels like injection-molded
