This image demonstrates the kind of quality print which you can expect out of your C2 printer when:

    1) print bed is level
    2) you are using quality filament
    3) you are using the High Quality Robo C2 profile with minimum tweaks

Check the C2 FAQ in this forum for the tips. Read the bed leveling tutorials posted in this forum plus the bed leveling project under the Projects forum. And when you are still stumped about a printing problem, ask for help in this forum.

[ Information: model is Moon City (available on thingiverse.com); filament is Grey PLA from Hatchbox; slicing software is CURA 3.6.0; quality profile is the 'high quality Robo3d C2' imported into CURA and the print time is a little over 39 hours ]

That is exactly why we ended up switching to use this printer as our go-to for smaller, high-detailed prints. When it is working right it rocks the house. In all fairness we haven't had to do anything recently (past 6-7 months) other than feed it filament.
