Something came loose

    hello, I have noticed that this cylinder has come loose. When it does I get the printing error. Any suggestions? I can snap it back in but after a few prints, it comes loose.

    Hmm, I'll let @Geof or @WheresWaldo comment since they have R2 machines.

    It may need a bit of glue to help keep it in place

    I thought those were press fit, never seen one apart. That bearing is for the bed guide rail.

    Im not around my printers due to being in CA until the 24th but also have not seen that happen. If it was mine id get some bearing mount, put a few dabs on the outside of the bearing and push it back into the housing (like the other side in your picture). If the machine is under warranty contact support
