I cannot get any filament to load. Filament goes down gets to the rollers and stops and just makes a clicking noise. Any ideas?

Assuming you are doing this hot... Something is clogging the feedpath. Usually old filament stuck in the hotend.
You may wan to drop it out (the hotend) and carefully inspect it (or tear it down for a good cleaning).

Or possibly the nozzle is just too close to the bed. Usually the clicking is a result of too much backpressure and no flow, so look at that @mark tomlinson said first and also readjust the Z offset.

After removing the extruder cover and opening up gear drive I can see filament stuck. Taking the rest of the extruder apart i can now get a grip of the filament. should i heat it up and pull out or push out?

Heating usually help, if you heat to about 160°C you can do what is referred to as a cold pull, warm enough to loosen but sticky enough to pull out any impurities inside the nozzle (burnt bits). Or alternatively, you can take a torch and heat it up until all the PLA just burns away. I have done it both ways, burning it out is easier.

Trying to pull out lead to more breaking. So I slowly took the whole head out and apart and finally got everything out. Got it back together. Filament is flowing. Currently working on Z offset and bed leveling. *Fingers Crossed* Thank you for giving me the confidence to take it a part. <3

The only trick to it is reassembly. This is the secret (for future reference)

A gap around where the nozzle touches the heater block is irrelevant :)

I see where i messed up.
Not sure if I should stop my print and take it apart and try to fix the issues.
I cannot put the magnetic robo plate back on because of the black screw.
I might get a new extruder, it looks like the large screw close to the tip is stripped.
Sorry I don't know the name/purpose of said screws. I'm kind of new to the world of printing :p

You can either leave it off or rearrange the hotend so that black screw is coming out the side.

    For references:

I suspect you mean the screw that holds the heater core in place (heater core goes in that round hold near the nozzle).
