Whenever i print a print within the first inch of the center of my print bed the prints come out perfect bu the closer to the edge i get the worse the prints turn out especially the first layer its as if the glass is warped convex ever so slightly

    Entirely possible.
Put a custom cut hardware-store sheet of 1/8" float glass over the top and clamp it on with binder clips.

    Fixed and cheap

You could check the bed with a straight edge tool.

If it is warped you still have to solve it :)
Float glass is a quick and cheap solution (even if it is not warped some folks use it to avoid chips in the borosilicate)

I've been using the glass from a door of a broken toaster oven for almost a year. It was the exact size (10" x 15"). I use adhesive putty similar to Fun Tack to connect it without clips.

Just give it a little longer to stabilize, it will be fine.
