I had printed a project. When I woke up and checked the project it was great. So I removed the print and turned off the printer. Now, I have tried to turn the printer back on and nothing. No lights, no sounds no nothing. I changed where I plugged it for power, nothing. Am I'm I looking and buying a new power supply? Or is there something else to check? Thanks. Les

There is a fuse where you plug in the power cord- may check that. Odd that it would below but possible.

If the fuse is good then you may have a bad power supply.
If you have a voltmeter the next step would be to check the power coming out of the power supply -- we can assist you with that if you fuse is good.

I did check the fuse at the plug, it is good. I looked for a green light glowing on the Power supply - it did not glow at all. The fuse on the power supply board is good so something else must be bad on the Power supply. Thanks, I did order a new power supply.
