Seached a couple other threads and looking for more input. "Jonny 5" :)...

I have tried loosening and tightening all set screws and it is still happening along the Y axis, i guess. The prints all shift forward to the front of the C2 machine.

Have tried different filament and no dice.

It seems to print smaller objects (<1hr) but I am having trouble with the current one (~6 hrs.) and it seems to mess up sometime after about an hour of print time. I have gotten it to print fine once, but I'm not sure what else to look at???

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Tom Vredenburgh

Can you link to a pic of the failure?
(don't think you can post one yet and often they are too large anyway).
Imagur/Flickr can host it and post a link...

Not a normal thing for sure (worst problem with C2 is getting the X offset and first layer nailed down).

Layer shifting isn't always the fault of the printer. I've experienced it with different slicing engines. Which slicer do you use? Some slicers such as Matter Control on version 1.7.5 have a choice of 3 different slicing engines. I've tested various prints with all 3. Some come out fine while others are terrible.
