Filament broke, trying to refeed

    Good afternoon,
    My name is Terry and I using the R1 Robo 3d. Filament broke so I have been trying to refeed the filament.
    I have got all of the old filament out but the new filament is not feeding though.
    I have any desk on my laptop. which can be remoted into if someone can help me.

    If that doesn't cover you then more details :) You may have a bit stuck inside the feed (under the hobbed bolt). Or it is not lined up correctly once it gets past the hobbed bolt to feed into the top of the hotend. Pictures would be helpful (you can host them on imagur or flickr and post a link)
