Touchscreen Issue

    I got my printer this week. I ran a test print right out of the box and had not issues (other than slight calibration adjustments). I finally go hooked up to WiFi this morning and was able to install the update. Since that has happened, everything works fine right up to the point where the screen shows the setting for the print and the green start button. Once I get to that screen, it is no longer responsive. Has anyone had this issue and do you know of any fixes for this?

    OK, that could be a bad SD card image on the Raspberry Pi.
    Since that is where the LCD software resides. If that is the case reimaging the card will sort it.

    Lets see if any other users can speak up for this ...

    I noticed that you posted the same question in both the C2 and R2 printer Troubleshooting forums. What is the model of printer which you have? C2 or R2?
