I load filament with no problem. Runs through nicely. Go to print right after load and it won’t print, gear turns though. I can unload and reload and it loads fine. Then it won’t print. Cleaned filament drive, same problem. Tried different tensions. Nothing. Tried .4 and .8 nozzle same result.
    Any ideas?

    What filament and what temperature?
So the large gear on the GregsWade is turning? What about the hobbed bolt?

Also make sure when it is trying to print that the Z offset does not have the nozzle flush to the bed for the first layer. There needs to be a small gap for the filament to extrude. You should be able to slide a sheet of paper between the nozzle and the bed -- It may be tight, but it should be able to move some.

That usually means it is clogged or the nozzle is too close to the bed.

Could also be an issue with the pressure of the bearing holding the filament against the feed gear. I've had chewed filament despite having a squeaky clean extruder and the solution was to either loosen or tighten the screws holding the bearing arm against the filament
