How to Update Robo firmware with MatterControl

    Hello every one. Im trying to refresh the firmware in my robo 3d r1+ but it won't let me choose the HEX file. Do I need to put this file in a specific location or something? Is there a driver or anything else I need to install? Im trying to do this via Matter Control.

    Did you extract it from the ZIP file?
    Is it the same version you already have installed?

    I have never used mattercontrol to do the updates with the HEX file.
    Someone else can chime in that may have done it this way.

    Even if you can't there is nothing really changed between the two versions of the firmware that are available for the R1+ so you are not going to be missing anything.
