I have seen that on the top of the Z-Axis is no nut or bearing.
    Right or wrong ?

I asked the Robo folks back when they were still available about that very subject. The reply: Having a nut or bearing causes issues and thus the top of the Z axis needs to be without one.

I've not had any problems with my R2 printer which came with the top like you have described.

My guess is that the extra height of the R2 printer magnifies any potential misalignment between the bottom motor and top bracket.

I do suggest that you print a motor support for the Z axis: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3564800
