Unresolved E3 Pro Filament Clogging

    I just recently got the E3 Pro and I have a piece of filament that must've broken off in the extruder. I am unable to manually push the clog out and I was wondering if someone has any insight to unclog the extruder or some instructions on how to disassemble it to get to the clog.

    I have the E3 Pro it has a different hot end from the E3. It looks completely different.

    The E3 is a rebranded FlashForge machine so it should be the same as the Flashforge Creator Pro

    I only have the E3, not the pro. I’ve reached out for info on the pro but likely not to happen and also not a machine I’ll be purchasing myself. If you can share photos of the hotend we may be able to help

    I'll try to take some photos later today. The video was helpful but it's just slightly different from mine that it makes it confusing. Thank you all for the help so far!
