Solved Plug and Play Hexagon Hotend for R1-R1+

    RepRap Discount has hotends that have precrimped cables with JST connectors on them. These should by all rights be plug and play on the Robo R1 series machines. They already have an epcos thermistor so no firmware modification and it does away with the brass tube style that Robo used on the R1+.

    Thanks! Would the partsbuilth hexagon hotend work as well?

    I haven’t used it, but they sell Robo parts so I imagine it would. Just check with them as the C2 and R2 replacement will have the wrong electronics
