Unresolved Sons brand new printer isn't working PLEASE HELP

    My son was given this brand new printer for his birthday and this is the only thing that will come out were trying to print the "test" print that it comes with and it absolutely wont work. I've redone every instruction 100 times I swear and NOTHING is working. Hoping its a simple fix as its past the return date desperate please help
