I had a successful print on my R1+ until my nozzle clogged. After cleaning out the nozzle (actually switched it because a wire broke), I restarted and the z axis was acting crazy. As I would go to lower it, sometimes both would spin in the correct direction and randomly the rods would spin in different directions until one of the limit switches would trip. I would re-level it and it would do it again and also would not home. I thought it was a firmware problem, so uploaded it via Arduino via the current instructions on the Robo3D site for the R1+ and now when trying to move in the z direction, the left motor totally freezes (tries to turn but you can hear it making noise), the right one works fine. I'm confuzzled. Please help.

It was almost certainly NOT a firmware issue. Check your Z switches are seated correctly. There are some hints in the FAQ thread and when I get back to my computer I will post more info.
