USB port is not recognizing my drive

    The USB port on my robo e3 printer is not working. It recognizes the inserted thumb drive at boot up, but then loses the connection. Moving it u and down, or pushing it in doesn't help. The printer is about a year and a half old but don't get constant use due to being in a school. Has any one else encountered this?

    Sorry for the delay. Sounds like you need to reformat the flash drive. The machine will recognize something is plugged in but If it’s corrupted it won’t read the files
