E3 bed not moving correctly

    The bed of my printer has not been moving correctly. When I try to move it backward on the y-axis, it make a crunching like noise and doesn't move that much. I tried to figure out what it was and how to fix it, but I couldn't. Any suggestions or ideas of what to do would help greatly. Thank you.

    If the machine is powered off does it move freely or still bound ? If it’s still doing it with the power off you’ll need to lift the bed and see if the belt is bound up . Could be a bad bearing or something has just come lose. You may need to remove the bottom cover to get a good look at the y axis and maybe attach some photos
