My robo 3dr1 isnt printing tall enough

    I'm on a Mac OS10. So it could be MAC related.

    It is probably more of a USB issue. The Arduino wants to draw more power over the USB port than really it should and the Mac is more strict about this than most PCs. At some point I need to experiment with powering the Arduino off of the 12v instead of USB and see.

    Then I suggest you put a powered USB hub between the computer and the printer.
    That will move the current demand to the hub.

    I reinstalled the firmware and updated it using arduino software and it WORKED PERFECTLY!! Y'all are awesome, thanks for the help!! Oh and it also fixed my ad card printing problem

    I'd strongly suggest sticking with that firmware unless there is some feature to die for that gets added in a later release.
