Hello everyone. I'm using matter control, though I don't know if that's it, but during a print, my printer just randomly freezes. When I cancel the print, it moves over and everything works. Any ideas?

Check the communications log for errors.

I think I found it. It says the temp is 75 degrees Celsius, but I saw filament oozing out. The transistor was pulled out. I'm assuming it's because this rubber piece came off

Do you think the hotend might be damaged?

Not likely. The thermistor needs to go back in place and the rubber boot put back on to hold it there.
Most hotends use a screw for that, but the hexagon just uses the boot. Just be careful with the thermistor they are easily broken.

I really appreciate it. I got it back on. Too bad it took me multiple attempts to figure it out. Either way, I got it back on and its working great so far! The boot came off because a piece lifted and when it went by, it pulled off the boot.

There's also a pretty bad burnt smell it made before I figured it out. Seems to be working though. Thank you.

It's ABS, but I still think you're right.
