Hi everyone, Ive noticed that at corners on straight edges the print seems to bulge out a bit. At first it wasnt so noticeable as I was doing larger prints but on these pieces (in the picture) its much more noticeable due to their small size.

Any idea how to fix this and get better corners on straight edges?

Simple answers, in no particular order:
    • Could be over extrusion
    • Could be extruding too fast
    • Could be filament too hot

More complicated answers, again in no particular order:
    • Could be Jerk not set correctly
    • Could be belts without enough tension
    • Could be a bunch of other things
Try one at a time from the first group and see if it fixes the problem. If it does forget you saw the second group.

Could also be a slicer problem. Like @WheresWaldo said: start working your way through the list.

All of these are slicer settings. Without knowing what you are slicing and printing with hard to be more specific.

Acceleration Jerk, default for the Robo is 17 but the Marlin default is 20. If it's not 17, make it so.

after fiddling with everything you mentioned and more, messing with the firmware and all the settings.... It all turned out to be down to simply the speed setting for perimeters, originally i was printing perimeters at 60mm/s and now i have it at 25mm/s and it prints beautifully!
