Hii everyone i have a robo3d r1plus printer and now it's clogged. I think nozzle is blocked. Because filament can go through until the nozzle. So how do i unclog the nozzle.
What is the reason to happen this. I updated my mattercontrol to 1.4 version. After that its got clog. And some how for me mattercontrol works better than cura. The settings i used are default. I used ABS filement from matterhacker for my prints. Thanks

I already clean the clog thanks. Have you try the mattercontrol 1.4 version. It doesn't print only heating up.

Drop out the nozzle by pulling on the quick release tab. Check for any filament sticking out.

For help with mattercontrol, ask matterhackers directly as we do not troubleshoot that: https://www.matterhackers.com/community/forum

"Drop out the nozzle by pulling on the quick release tab"

I just had a PLA jam and I had to unscrew the two Allen screws and drop out the whole thing which is very hard on my fingers.
What is this quick release thing you talk of? Maybe I missed something or miss understood what you are talking about. I would love a quick release tab!

New R1+ -- it has a different way of attaching the hotend.

My r1plus doesn't have the two allen screws why is that. I watched your tutorial video you say to unscrew the two allen screws but there is no screws. Only the bottom screw
