I can't seem to get overhangs to print right. At all, even, my issues start ~75 degrees or so, and are pretty pronounced at 45 degrees, and gets super-terrible after that.

The smallest angle below is 45 degrees, biggest is ~15 or so.

So... I'm going to print an air duct to direct the flow of air a bit better. I read somewhere that this is the right thing to do.

So... is this the right thing for the R1+ model?

edit: I meant they start around 75 degrees. :p

That one should work, it is one of the first ducts that were up on Thingiverse for the Robo. It has just a bit of adjustability and it prints in an orientation from the FAN up. When 3D Making, it is all about compromise, Steeper angles can be had with lower line heights, which in turn means slower printing, less strength due to more intra-layer bonds and much longer print times. Most ducts could easily be printed at 0.25 mm line heights, which result in faster prints and more strength from the part.

Well, it's printing. Almost done. I'll see if that helps with my overhang.
