Any reason I should keep a old power supply

    I'm replacing my power supply because my old one isn't good. Are there any parts in there or reasons to keep the old one.

    P.s. Sorry if this is the wrong place I'm pretty new to this

    Not unless you need a large paper-weight.

    If it outputs 12v, keep it.

    If it doesn't, recycle it

    I use a 12v supply for bench testing
