So all of a sudden my parts are crumbling once the come off the bed. Seems like there is 0 layer adhesion but I haven't changed anything but the nozzel to one of matter hackers coated stainless steel nozzels.

    Any thought?

If you put back on the brass nozzle does it go back to normal? Sounds like under extrusion

I'm in the process of doing that.

So your correct with it under extruding. But what would cause that to happen all of a sudden. I have had that tweeted in for months

What material? PLA is prone to transient micro-slogs (which is why seasoning or an oiler is suggested).
Other materials I have not seen this behavior with.

*shrugs* 3D printing is just one of those things that it can work great for months and then stop for some arbitrary reason. Past success is no indicator of anything really.

Probably just a partial jam in the nozzle.

So it seems that when I cleaned out the Hobbed bolt area there was less tension on the screws and less material was being pushed through. Little adjustment to the two screws and all is well.

    And I am using pla.

Thanks everyone. I never would have thought to have checked for under extrusion

Looks like I spoke to soon. It's constantly under extruding. I even re calibrated the e steps and it under extrudes after one or two runs. Could I have worn out the Hobbed bolt using carbon fiber and it's just not grabbing anymore

I don't know about wearing out the bolt.

Did you try a new nozzle? or a PLA oiler?

Usually when I suddenly have random extrusion problems I give up and put a new nozzle on :)

I have switched between 3 nozzels and the same issue still persists and I have used an oiler. I will re address it again on Monday, hopefully walking away from it for the weekend will allow me to spot something I may be missing

Looks like I ground my Hobbed bolt to hell and that's why my prints won't bond. No consistent extrusion

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Robo-3D-Hob...ter-Upgrade-Ships-fast-from-USA-/321957892671

There are others around the world or order it from Robo3D (I imagine they have them).

I had three different ones I bought off of eBay a long time back, they all worked fine some just required adding washers to make them line up correctly. This one should be precut at the correct spot. Ping the seller to be certain whichever one you get.

Still under warranty from Robo so a new one is on the way. It's been driving me nuts the past couple days.
