Unanswered ABS

I now have lots of experience with PLA and am about to try my first ABS print. I always change filament by preheating the extruder to the PLA temp and running the extruder in reverse until the filament comes out of the extruder. When I use ABS and want to switch back to PLA, what temp do I use to reverse the ABS extruder and what temp do I start the PLA at?

When I switch hit, I do as I normally do with ABS, then with PLA. The only exception is that after using ABS, I run about 8cm of the cleaning filament to get the residue that the ABS left behind that can contaminate the PLA.
