hexagon hotend rubber cover/boot

    I purchased a refurbished R1 plus back in october. I received it had a few things to tweak one thing that was broken on it was the rubber cover on the hotend. I'm looking for a replacement, where can I get one?

    Mine ripped off and Robo sent me a new hot end. New one did not have one.

    Yeah, that's good support, my hotend is fine just the rubber is ripped, and now is acting up on the temp sensor as there is no screw that holds it in so it's either a new hotend or new rubber boot. I actually like the boot idea and has worked well and insulates the hotend.

    Just rip it off completely and wrap the block with kaplon tape.
