If anyone is willing, I think it'd be great if there was a video or post that covers preventative maintainance checks, and services for the printer. It should cover things like what to look at, what kind of problems one should look out for, where and how often one should lubricate the various belts and bolts, and anything else that should be done. I'd do it myself, but I'm still quite new at this and am still learning.

Really other than greasing the threaded and smooth rods there ain't much maintenance to be done. Check the belt to make sure it's tight as well but typically I notice that through print quality.

I shut mine down Friday's, grease lube check belts and clean

Ok, thanks for the reply and info. What kind of lube/grease do you use?

I use superglue synthetic grease on the threaded rod (leadscrews) and 3 in 1 oil on the smooth rods because it's cheap.

I use to use 3 in 1 oil on everything and saw no issues
