PolyCarb and Bridge Nylon.

    I managed to print this whole thing without slicer errors and now I am trying to reprint the cover as I ran out of filament with the top cover ... im getting weird errors..... IDK what is going bonkers ..

    If there are slicer errors I can only suggest try a different one. If you think the model is suspect run it through netfab and have it checked for errors.

    Cura is a free slicer that worked ok forme. I waited out the free ones per marks suggestion and I'm so glad I did. It prepared me somewhat for simplify 3d (I could never get slic3r to work due to userproblems lol)

    There is a pretty good guide to setting it up in the software section (cura)

    I upgraded to the pro program .. im printing 2 parts at once .. ill never go back :)

    Actually if you do get warp try colder too. Bridge was odd (and so are some of the other nylons) in that too hot wanted to make it warp. Just use a small test model and find the sweet spot.

    OMG, Disaster on the setting in S3D! they produced 2 garbage prints thus far, my spacer block for the V6 came out fine somehow. Ill have to tinker the settings till I get the same "Smoothness" as mattercontrol before it stopped realizing theres 2 sides of an X axis.

    try out mine?

    let me know how you do. you will need to set up your initial Z offset in starting scripts. Mine probably wont be right for your printer.
