Either my Robo has gone bad ... bought it in Feb... Or S3D is needing a reinstall or something.. Anyway check these pictures out before I lay some infill and support to my story.

PS: The JOYSTICK IS NOT A S3D PRINT But is to show that the printer has been reliable up until S3D 13087876_10154901255814012_4166971688538027734_n.jpg 13112911_10154922436389012_8812500226872855627_o.jpg 13115955_10154922436384012_8356158785224458766_o.jpg 13119846_10154922436394012_8889901147201144771_o.jpg 13119859_10154922452154012_4927241936198404973_o.jpg 13173092_10154922452149012_48750659571606763_o.jpg

That looks like a hardware issue. Partial clog or slop in the axis. check belt tension, make sure the timing pulleys are tight. See if you have a good flow of filament coming out of the nozzle.

Simplify 3d is a proven software (good). I use it on both my printers with no slicer issues. Here is my factory file if you want to try it and see what happens. I'm sticking with you will get the same results and it will be a hardware issue but always best to check. Try a different slicer to verify

Is this the same file you had posted previously? I tried that one already and wasnt impressed. The Middle section at the circle is similar to the support that is supposed to be inside the circle ... I do not think it is mechanical.

This Spacer was done @ 240 with PLA! It is almost perfect!. 13173411_10154922556119012_3657467211341846931_o.jpg
13173411_10154922556119012_3657467211341846931_o.jpg These 2 fail prints are quite good except the one on the left is actually broken from where the Slicer added support to a solid area.

Yes it is my fault I forgot our other conversation. I'm getting spectacular results with simplify and the robo. This is quite interesting. It's very odd that it's adding supports to your object there. I think I'd be curious what a different slicer looks like on the same model. Something is defianently out of wack if that's pla at 240! Holy cow

Yeah but it was very fast and like 130 percent extrusion! the part that is taking 4 hours now was done in an hour and 30 with 240, its CF PLA too btw.

Ah higher temp could be needed for that. Id use that factory file on plain ole pla and see how it looks to verify its not the filament.

It is printing via SD card, im going to see if perhaps some kind of com4 error was messing it up first.

If you get desperate shoot me the stl files. I'll help you out. I don't use carbon fiber but I can do Petg, xt, or ngen.

I wouldn't think judging by the pictures you'd get an error but def worth a shot

That is very odd! I'd switch back to your previous slicer. Uninstall s3d reinstall and upload the factory file and try again to see what's going on. Have you printed hooked to USB yet?

I understand, I just meant so you can be printing again while you uninstall and reinstall and set up s3d. Not as a permanent, if that doesn't fix it s3d does have good support staff that could probably figure it out quickly.

And hopefully you have a support ticket opened with them.
They are really sharp folks in their support group. They have sorted the few issues I had.
