i tried installing this smart controller now the bed wont heat up, the extruder has no limits on its axiss and same for the bed. sounded like a firmware problem to me i tried updating it back to what was posted on the web sight and it still having problems

    *UPDATE*
i was able to update the firmware(idk how but after fiddling around it worked) now the printer bed will heat up so that is now fixed:DBUT, ALL AXISes are all out of whack. the printer will try to print mid air now. like i go in controls mode and ALL negatives wont respond past a point where they should still be responding like i thing the print head thinks its somewhere its not.

    *UPDATE 2*
firmware is good X and Y are good from what i can tell but the z is still not working

Off the cuff I'd say you accidentally unplugged the end stops. If you take a picture of your board I can help further

As far as not taking the firnware. I had to shut down and turn off any programs that also use usb as an option. I also had to make sure the usb to the ardino was in the right port

Have you run the G28 code? I have found that anytime I have to turn the printer off and then back on I have to run the G28 command to home all axiss.

In matter control there should be a terminal window and you would type G28( this homes all axis. also the G is uppercase other wise the command won't work.). I use Octoprint to control my printer.

That happened to me when I got mine. Take the top off of the Robo this will allow you to see the switch on the left. The bottom picture is how it should look. The problem is it has the Z axis so uneven from right to left it is keeping the switch active.
