    Hi all,

Just put in a request for parts with Robo because the "cork" like part under the bed is sagging pretty bad. So bad that it is catching the bolts causing the bed to "leap" as the bed moves down that area. Is there a way I can temporarily fix it until Robo can send the replacement? Here's a pic.[IMG][IMG]

Just cork held on with aluminum tape (actual duct tape).

Yes or even (carefully) cut a slit the cork and then tape it down tighter with aluminum tape.

Also I failed to mention, and it may not be related but the bed is not warming up very well anymore.

P.S. I would still make then deal with this under warranty, but it can be made to work.

That could be something completely different (like a bad heater element) so yea, have them swap it.

I figure that this is for insulating heat from the underside of the printer. So the tape they use is likely nonconductive HVAC tape?
