Solved Parts Availability

    Hi
    Well I need a new Print Head, all the hot parts including the Thermister
    I checked the Robo 3D site and they offer precious little parts. What's the secret to obtaining parts for this thing?

    Use the parts for free link and order it. Make sure you take pics and have your serial number ready. Gone to them twice now and have all that in evernote and just copy and paste. They really do want pics, take them so that it is clear the part failed. Give a good, logical explanation on what broke and what is going on. Avoid:"I was trying to add a flux capacitor so.that I can go back in time to slap myself in the face for spending $800 on a 3D printer...Comment :)

    I think i used up 4 hexagons (all from robo) before i swapped to the e3d. Please let us know how this new one does! Im very interested in its quality and reliability.
