Don't really know of any. Dual extrusion is hard enough to pull off.

Three would be insane. If you have ever used a multiple extruder printer you would understand the issues with slicing and modeling that are there for that sort of printer (each nozzle essentially has a slice).. Two is complicated enough. I can't imagine 3.

You can use special nozzles for multiple colors and the like on a single extruder.
Multiple extruders are really for multiple materials (different temperatures and print speeds, etc)

Multiple extrusion for color is silly (paint -- easy). Multiple extrusion for multiple material is really cool, but darned hard to get right.
Without independently movable extruders it is hard. Heck even with that it is a slicing headache. Each print head has a slice to deal with and where they overlap? DANGER Will Robinson!

It can work, but it is a pain to deal with. We model around it and print parts that then get assembled if needed.
