I don't know of any off the top of my head, not a retail store.
If you have a place around that does electronics repair (computers, TVs..etc) then they might be able to do it.

If you have a new style.hexagon with the canistor thermistor you must use their thermistor. If you dont and use the bead epcos you hex will leak.

Youd better wait for tuesday for robo.

    I feel for you friend.
I have some issues too and am awaiting the return of staff after the holiday. Just bad luck.
I had a thermister issue last week and they sent me a new one complete with connector. It took about 3 days from when I got confirmation they shipped it. Good luck.

I now have to just wait, for them to ship it in like 4 days. Robo's basic support is just in one word bad.

I couldn't disagree more. The tech team has a difficult job. You have to remember they can't see your printer or what you've done to it to see the problem. You need to have detailed information for them such as
    1. Broken thermistor
They say : how are you sure

You must have detailed information such as how it broke, what it ohms so they understand it is indeed failed so they don't ship you something you don't need and not solve your problem. You have to do the dance with them so they can help. I never had an issue through my entire warranty with their service as long as you take the time to help them help you.

Small company in the overall scheme of things and they have a world-wide sales market.
That means if you wanted to provide 24x7 support you are going to have to hire a lot of people.
Paying (good) people to work weekends and holidays is expensive.
All that makes the printer cost more.

They are miles ahead (in terms of support) from where they started.

If you call them you need to probably ask for a tier-2 support person to get back to you. Schedule a one-on-one. Do this during normal business hours.

I did watch your video and completely understand the difficulty.

Not trying to change your opinion trying to explain how difficult it is to be a tech. I'm a technician by trade and it's a constant struggle to walk non experienced individuals through troubleshooting.
