I got robo r1 plus, the filament broke off and can't feed the filament back in due to the clogged extruder. How do I clear the clog?

One option is to remove the 2 screws with the springs, heat the hotend and try to pull it out if there is enough to grab ahold of.

If you can't you'll have to remove the nozzle pull or push the filament out, torch the nozzle(I use a butane torch) reassemble and season the hotend.

The hotend will need to be hot to remove the nozzle and to re install

You have to either disassemble the printer, and heated the hotend. I recommend if you are a beginner you just buy another extruder/hotend.

Most printing software has a set of manual controls in it somewhere that you use to manually move the print head.

If you are using MatterCotrol try the docs:

    http://wiki.mattercontrol.com/Overview#Controls

That describes it. I can't be more specific, I don't use that software.

You can also schedule a one-on-one with Robo tech support if you need.

    http://robo3d.com/contact-us/

That might be better than the user community support here at least initially.

in your controls section there should be a button that says Z +, i also dont use matter control anymore (been along time )

Z is up and down x is side to side y is bed movement towards you and away from you if your looking at the robo lettering on the printer
