Solved Simplify 3D/MatterControl AutoLeveling is way off

Okay, I don't want to jinx it. But the last 5 prints have been perfect! I print only with TPU. This stuff is very particular you everything being perfect. between getting the bed level, and fixing my startup script, I feel comfortable saying this is resolved!

Here is my new start up script:

G28 X0 Y0 Z0 ; home all axes
G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle
M109 S[extruder0_temperature] ; set the extruder temp and wait
G28 X0 Y0 Z0 ; Home
M565 Z-0.8;
G29; probe the bed
G28 X0 Y0 Z0 ; home all axes
G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle
G1 E20.0000 F120; extrude 20
G1 Z0 F5000; goto bed
G1 X50 F5000; wipe
