Solved Robo3d R1+ under extruding

ok guys, been having issues with my prints gapping and making spaghetti and just garbage. I found by measuring marks made on the filament that it is underextruding. When I extrude 100mm it will only extrude about 75mm. And i have tried higher temps, tightening and loosening the spring tensioners for the hobbled bolt and got not change.

What could be causing this and is there a fix?

 

Has this always done this or is it new? Have you calibrated the extruder steps/mm?

ended up converting over to the e3d v6.. pretty much printed on the first shot.. printing out a t Rex skull at the moment.. does support way nice than the stock robo extruder
