I'd double check the connections again to make sure you have the bed and hotend hooked up correctly.

    Hey Mark,
Well things really not working out fixing my robo r1 plus. after changing out the board, psu and hotend. robo can't level anymore nor print anything. It vibrates allot. I have a mov file but can't figure out how to attach the file. thank you

I check it again and the wire was loose. Now I can get the temp to 185. I started a print but the hotend and seems like the robo r1 plus unit vibrated allot and will not level. the print was really bad so I cancel the print. I wish I could post the mov file.

Post it to YouTube and then post a link here (or post it anywhere you can and then post a link here).

you changed the PSU and RAMPS board...did you change the drivers out as well? Wondering a couple things. If new drivers, are they tuned correctly and if so what speeds you are printing at? Possible that the pulley on the X and Y might be loose. Did you change out the Arduino as well?

At a guess -- looks like a stepper driver board needs tuning or replacement.

How do I tune it? I'm really new at this kind of stuff.

P.S. often I will just run the stepper and tweak the board current up until it is moving smoothly.
If that does not work then either the stepper driver itself is bad or the stepper motor is.

I just had my own first bad stepper motor :) It does happen so you can't just rule that out without first doing the tuning.

thank you for the info. I removed the old daughter cards and install it on the new ramp and same issue. I've no experience in using the volt meter. Is there anyway I can send this back and have robo fix this?

Robo could perhaps sell you the electronics ready to roll, but I can't speak for them. You can call their support line and discuss that.
