I noticed this starting to happen today, it seems much more pronounced on the front and back of the prints, but it can be seen on every side.

That's looking like the infill showing through. Couple more settings needed. What speed? What infill percentage? How many shells? Shells might be it. I normally for me around 3 shells so that the walls are thick enough not to show the infill.

    Speed - 100 mm/s
    20% Fill Density
Can't seem to find the shell setting in Cura, but the thickness is .8 mm.

That might be a tad fast...try cutting that in half. Change the shells to 1.2 so then you have 3.

Halved the speed, and set the shell thickness. Will see what comes of it.

Just finished a test print, the striations seem to be gone! Thank you, is there any other tips you have to improve print quality?
