we will unfortunately need more details about what problems you are having.
The only down-side to the clone E3D hotends is that they are woefully poorer quality so you can't expect them to all work as well.

Problem is it filament comes out when I'm not printing but when I print all filament stuck in hotend then never come out. you see the picture.

Can you please recommend me good clone because original is very expensive.?

I can't speak for any clones as I have never used one. However if cost is a problem why not stay with the hexagon? It is cheaper (you don't have to buy it from Robo either) and also an all-metal unit. While it is not as good a quality as an E3D it is probably far better than the cheaper clones.

I agree, when it comes to an E3D clone, it's not worth it. Either buy the real thing or stick with the hexagon. Ironically the hexagon from Robo's site is probably the cheapest hex I have found at $39. I've been using my hex for well over a year and have had zero issues. I do have a genuine V6 as well, just haven't started using it. Buying a true E3D also gets you good support from E3D or the authorized dealer you buy it from like printedsolid.com or filastruder.com. BTW, filastruder.com has 15% off all E3D products now to the end of the month using promo code E3D15OFF

The second picture, is that the PTFE tubing that came out of the hotend?

Well Robo has removed the hexagon hotend from their parts for sale site page. Other than that, not sure where a good place is to buy the hex at a good price like they had. You can still get the E3D V6 from either of the two stores I originally mentioned. They are authorized distributors of genuine E3D products.

So glad you got ahold of Robo. They have the best deal on the Hex hotend and since you get it from them it should be a more reliable quality than on a random amazon seller.
