guys i have a stock r1 plus. I'm looking for better cooling with out changing a bunch of parts. Is there anything out there? Just when I think I find something it's to large or hits the bed before the hot end
Trying to find a fan shroud or something to direct more air or air in general down towards the print. At this moment my printrbot simple prints better.

My prints come out great in large items with out overhang. Help

For me, a simple solution was just adding another 40x40x10 fan so that cooling came in from both sides. Here is a simple print to replace the stock fan mount and allows for a second fan. Might be worth a start. Also make sure you are printing your PLA as cool as you can while maintaining good extrusion. Printing too hot will require more cooling. I normally print around 195C for PLA with 45-50C on the bed.
