Nope I'm here in the States. Domestic, ABS, assembled. I've been doing my best to remain patient and not harass the team with everything they've got going on. Unfortunately I'm starting to get frustrated at this point. By my reckoning I should have been at least reasonably early in the ship order based on the tier I signed up in.

Did you jump tiers? There's some speculation they're going off of kickstarter number as opposed to tiers, so people who tried to get earlier tiers ended up with a later kickstarter number.

No to the tier jumping thing. I got in early enough to snag a March slot right off the bat, I think I was even in before they'd funded fully.

Coby told me he's looking into it. I assumed you'd already sent him your name and email so he knows who you are. If not I can tell him your name if you're comfortable with that, if not just let him know in a PM

I appreciate your help with it. I sent Coby a PM and I'm sure he'll be able to get me squared away. With the way things have been communicated to this point, I honestly wasn't sure if I should be concerned I hadn't received my printer yet. Knowing which tiers/backer numbers/whatever *should* have been shipped out by now would really have helped.

Yeah they're still learning the best way of doing things. I wouldn't be surprised if their list is just a printed out piece of paper they cross off names for. They're not intentionally being bad or anything but rather just got overwhelmed and are juggling a lot of stuff at once. I'm sure once the kickstarters are fulfilled they'll get a better handle on their operations.

Yeah I absolutely understand that they're still figuring all this stuff out. I'm a bit frustrated, but certainly not bent out of shape about it. As others have commented, the communications (or lack thereof) has been the biggest issue.

It's not that I'm upset I haven't gotten my printer, it's that I don't have enough information to know if I should be upset that I haven't gotten my printer. Assuming that makes any sense?? :)

It does. I don't think these guys are big into the depths of the internet so they have trouble communicating it seems.

As long as you got Coby your name, he knows that you need an answer/printer asap and I'm sure come Monday you'll see a tracking number in your inbox :)

Yep, I got in touch with Coby and he's going to get me all straightened out hopefully. I really appreciate your help as well! Can't wait to get printing :-D
