    Hi

When we tried to print ABS with ROBO R2 at print temperature 250 deg C and Bed temperature 80 Deg C (as per filament advise) . After few layers of printing , print got removed from bed and then failed. Even after printer has self adhesion bed , we are not progressed so we applied glue later blue adhesion tape but no improvement.

Is there anyone got successful ABS print if so please share your recommendations or comments ?

Abs is hard to stick... haven't yet tried it on the r2 but my other printer I got it to stick by putting the level extra close to the bed.

Applying some PVA-based glue stick to the print bed works well for PLA. Perhaps that works for ABS too?

I use abs slurry (a mix of abs scraps and acetone) on my abs machines if needed. Your mileage may vary but that is the "known" trick to getting it to stick.
