does anyone know any tricks or best practices? Anytime I have a print that takes up most of the best, the adhesive lifts and then the print will look bent, and hats if it finishes at all. See attached pic.

    What material and temperatures?
For PLA that sort of warping is often because it is printed too hot.

It is PLA. I am using the default temp it came at.

Can you be a bit more specific?
When you slice it what temperature are you setting it to?

Regardless, try turning it down. PLA can print at somewhere between 180-210 (and like every other filament the "best" temperature is machine and environment specific). You should be doing some test models to sort out what is the best for you :)

That one is probably printing too hot. PLA only warps if it is bad PLA, printed too hot or printed with a LOT of air flowing around it. .

From the picture I am trying to figure out what exactly is that sheet on top of the bed?

Good question... I initially looked and assumed it was the tape cover for the bed, but on second look it is not.

It is the little sheet of tape that ROBO gives you to put on the bed. I printing at 190 degrees. If the print is small, it is fine. But when I use the whole bed, the tape will come up.

Just to clarify, I am only using one sheet of the tape. It looks like there might be a different one, but that is just the indent on the bed.

OK, then I stick with my original conclusion :)

Ditto, to hot would be first guess. Also make sure you dont try to "restick" the sticker. It just doesn't work that way :D

Nope, once it pulls up -- replace it.

Looking at the photo image, it appears to me that it is a thin sheet on top of the thicker sheet. My C2 printer came with a thick sheet fixed on the removable platform and a set of thinner sheets (almost like sheets of pre-cut painter's tape). (reference the attached image) The sheet on the left is around 0.1mm thick, the sheet on the right, sold in the Robo parts store, is around 0.3 mm thick. Note the Robo logo on the thicker sheet!

The removable printing platform comes from Robo with the thicker sheet already applied.
