That is a bad Z axis home switch or the switch is simply out of position.
There are two one on each side.

Lots more details here on the forum. "Only Goes up" is always a Z switch issue.

The switches should be be pointed the correct direction and snug up against the crossbar with the nozzle off the bed.

Make sure no wires are disconnected either :)

If you don't have two Z home switches on the threaded rods then you do not have an R1 or an R1+ (you must have a beta in that case) and you can't use auto bed leveling. You can add bed leveling by adding the switches. I have discussed this before in another thread.

Sorry but your pictures are too small for me to see any detail.

The R1 and R1+ have two Z switches one on each threaded rod right up against the bottom of the crossbar.

They look sort of like this although your wiring may look different (sorry the picture is a little blurry)

As you can tell from the bed that is an old beta with the bed leveling added :)
Still, your R1 or R1+ will have switches like that on each of the threaded rods.

and there is a E3D extruder in it , so can i print then in abs and pla? or just abs?
and do i need to set the printer to robo 3d in mattercontrol or can i leave it on R1 and R1 +?

ABS/PLA/Nylon/PolyCarbonate/pretty much anything with an E3D

That is a Beta, You can't use autoleveling without upgrading the Z switches.
You need to manually level the bed and remove the M565 AND G29 from your startup GCode.

If you do the rewiring to add the extra Z switch and relocate them both then you can use autoleveling.

I have converted two betas to use auto leveling it is not complicated.
A new switch, some wire and some printed parts.

@jig I know you have a beta, but what is the bar going across the x axis that says ikea on it? What is that used for? Sorry it just caught my eye and peeked my curiosity. I've never seen anything like that.
