Are we ever gonna see a new firmware update from Robo?

    I am just curious if owning an R2 is gonna be like having an old computer with no support.
    I bought the thing with the promise of 2nd extruder, never happened. Had hope with Robo Elite - nothing matured of it.
    Are we even going to get an upgraded firmware for the R2 with newer Marlin code?

    No, I don’t think so. The R2 and c2 are dead products (along as the R1 series).

    the only machine set they are working with as far as I know is the e3.

    I think you may see the community versions offer updates/upgrades. That is the point of this exercise :)
    Robo? No. They are out of that business other than the expense involved with maintaining this web site...
