    Robo3D R1+, firmware Marlin V1. Simplify3d 4.1.2 (not sure it matters)
This is an intermittent problem, not constant.

When starting a print, the S3D script "Starting" sends G28 (home) followed by G29 (auto leveling).
It first homes the X axis, homes the Y axis, then moves the head to the center and homes the Z axis.

NORMALLY it then moves the head to near (0,0) [I know, it's not exactly (0,0)] and starts the auto leveling sequence there. In this case all is well.

SOMETIMES it fails to move the head to near (0,0) to start the auto leveling sequence.
When this occurs, the first leveling probe (logically front, left) occurs in the center of the bed.
Then the next probe (logically front, center) causes the head to bang the right stop repeatedly.
At that point I hit Emergency Stop, and have to start over (including turning on the heat).

What could cause this? I have not found any correlation to where the head is located before starting, nor to manually zeroing X and Y.
