Automated variable layer slicing

    Watching the video you can see the basic principles of how they accomplish this. If you wanted to try this in Slic3r you could do it by using the adjust at Z height function, in Cura there is a script that allows adjustments at a Z height, In S3D you could use multiple processes that trigger at certain layers. In any case it will be a tedious and very manual process.

    Agreed. We have in fact done that on a couple of occasions. It is tough to configure correctly and requires a lot of thought :)
