    @janpsx
    Can you start the app and when you run the command "node app.js" do you get any bug?
    and what do you use/setup - Arduberry or Arduino UNO + Rasspberry Pi B ?

    I've tried for some time to press the "reset" button, on the Arduberry just before the command "node app.js"
    But still nothing new in progress, I do just get the same error .

    --->

    1421693676551Device or Firmware ErrorA timeout occurred while connecting to the Board.
    Please check that you've properly flashed the board with the correct firmware.
    <---

    Im setup is Raspberry Pi B, Arduberry Version 1.0 + 8GB SD card + Power supply 5V 1.2A + OS image: barmixvah_v2.7z

    Let me try his latest image. This looks more like an issue with the arduberry.
    Don't make the mistake of using the latest image that Remco posted here with the Arduberry software I have posted here...
    that is a non-starter.

    My Arduberry code is not intended to work correctly with the standard node.js stuff that was originally created for the barmixvah. That is an entirely different beastie. It will need a completely different recipe (at a minimum) and frankly a better front end.

    The software in the Arduberry has to be the standard firmata for this to work with my image:
    1. Open the Arduino IDE software
    2. Go to File > Examples > Firmata > StandardFirmata
    3. Click the Upload button in the top-left
    Then it should work..... :)

    Did you got it working with my image?

    Now hopefully we can build a better frontend. :)

    I have gotten everything ready to start the coding (on the image I had) I just need to move it to your image and 'go to town'.

    I hear you. Two things to consider...

    1) Raspberry Pi 2.0 (I have a couple and they scream compared the original)
    2) Windows 10 on the Raspberry Pi

    I am going write a UI for the Windows 10 version. I go ahead with the one for Raspbian in C since I already have it started and I want to get it working. However I am going to want to move this to the new 2.0 hardware.

    They are super fast indeed! So not using the RPi 2 is going back to the stone age... :)

    Let me know when I can help with something.

    You can start testing it when I get the Rasbian code ready.

    Hi guys,
    I have not been able to work with the project for some time, due to work, and has traveled in china, germany, holland, belgium for some time now. But i still like to work on this project, and make some test on my new Raspberry Pi 2 also etc.

    Have any of you guys made any new cool updates or test?

    BG
    Meg

    I am waiting on Windows 10 for the Pi. If I am writing the bartender app from scratch then I am doing it that way.

    This will require the board to be upgraded to a Pi 2, but not a problem--for me :) In the interim @Remco Wijbenga had it working on his setup -- perhaps he will detail how he got it working. I never was able to get node_js to work at all on the pi.

    The only upgrade I have done is adding a few more pumps to the system, 12 now in total. The software side is not my thing...How I got the Node.js working on the pi is with a lot of trying.. The image I have uploaded should work without any changes.

    Downloading my copy of Windows 10 preview now. Will then use that to burn the RaspberryPi R2 image for Windows 10 and get started on this. :) Will have mode information about what toolkit I am using to build the UI with as soon as I see what is on the RaspberryPi flavor of Windows. It is non-windows (in that the environment is more command-prompt than native GUI) which is fine.
